When I saw you last year at our TGIS toastmasters club picnic, I was surprised at how much you had slimmed down. And after I enquire with you as to how and you told me about this fitness program you’d joined online, then and there I’d made up my mind that I would contact you in the new year. And so I contacted you in the 3rd week of Jan. and after you’d discussed with me as to how the program works, I embarked on my journey of becoming more fit, with you from the 21st of January.
In my mind I’d assumed that it would take me some time to start seeing the results of my diet plan and exercise but just a month later, am amazed at what a difference I can already see in my weight control and general fitness levels. Have reduced my weight by 5kgs from 92 to 87kgs. And all this without sacrificing on my food intake. The only difference is that now it appears to be more balanced. In fact sometimes I think am eating more than I used to but yet I continue to slim down.

I used to have swelling of my extremities by the end of the day. Even that has almost disappeared since I began this program., And the exercise you have recommended have not been so strenuous or taxing that I’ve not been able to stick with it. Am so glad I took up this program under you and excited about reaching my ultimate fitness goals in a few months’ time.
