The details of the nutrition label may give a difference in the fat content, however the difference in the total calories is only few.
Generally, people tend to eat more of the baked version. Just because, it is baked, doesn’t make it healthy.
Both the versions can be enjoyed sparingly, if you are in the weight loss journey or maintaining weight.
And not to forget, baked one is expensive than the regular one.
