For some people, weight loss is all about the number on the scale—if the number goes down, they feel great. And if the number stays put, or goes up? Cue panic and feelings of crushing defeat. Yeah, the constant weigh-ins can be really freaking stressful.
I see a lot of buzz around weight loss, as if it is the ONLY factor for Good health.
Here I am, extremely happy to get this msg from my client. After losing ## kgs, and being in that for over 6+ months, now her doctor decided to reduce the dosage. Every gm reduced is adding quality to her life.
Lesson learnt – Health is not ONLY about the weight you lose, It is about the Life you gain..
