Xyz : I have heard that people will put on weight, if they stop weight training. Why is it so?
Me : Why would someone stop doing any kind of training??
Xyz : Hmmm….Maybe laziness…
Me: Yes….For sure, that person will gain weight over a period of time, by not doing any kind of training. And this is not only because of weight training.
In a nutshell, some kind of physical training is recommended for everyone to have a healthy lifestyle. Yoga, Pilates, cardio/Hiit/ Aerobics strength training, martial arts, zumba etc or as simple as walking are some forms.. The kind of exercises depends on every individual’s health goal and physical ability.
